UPDATE - Lambton AAA Summer Conditioning Camp Featuring Jeff Perry
Mark your calendar...Lambton AAA is hosting a Summer Conditioning Camp August 3 - 7 for all registered Minor Atom to Minor Midget players registered with our association for no additional fee. Attendance by all AAA players is expected! Instructor - Jeff Perry
Tentative Daily Schedule:
Atoms on ice 9 - 10:30 am, off ice activity 11 - 12 pm, pick up after 12 pm
Peewees off ice activity 9 - 10 am, on ice 10:30 - 12 pm, pick up after 12 pm
Bantams on ice 1 - 2:30 pm, off ice activity 3 - 4 pm, pick up after 4 pm
Midgets off ice activity 1 - 2 pm, on ice 2:30 - 4 pm, pick up after 4 pm
