Lloyd Windover passed away on April 1 as a result of cancer. His two great passions in his life were volunteering in minor sports – especially hockey and teaching history. He asked that our family establish a scholarship for a student going to post secondary school as keen about history as he was. We have this in place. Donations can be made by cheque to the Lambton Kent District School Board – Lloyd Windover Memorial Scholarship and sent to the board office on Wellington St or dropped off to Ruth Ann at 1276 Giffel Rd.
