U18 Head Coach Announcement!
Please join me in welcoming Alex McFadden as the Sarnia-Lambton Jr. Sting U18 AAA coach.
Alex rejoins the organization with many years of coaching experience with Sun County and Lambton AAA as well as with the Ayr Centennials Jr. B.
With his experience from both AAA and Junior B behind the bench, Alex brings a focus on building teams that compete with structure, speed, and purpose. Alex sets a high standard for effort, accountability, and preparation - on and off the ice. Development is paramount and driven by sharp habits, honest feedback, and a team first mentality. Alex believes growth comes from doing the little things right, every single day.
