Coaching Survey Click Here!!Hey Sarnia-Lambton Jr Sting (SLJS) Parents, it is that time of year when we would like feedback from parents on how they feel this year's hockey season has progressed.
The information you provide will be considered confidential and visible in its entirety only by the President, and the First and Second Presidents of the SLJS Organization. Complete surveys will not be shared or viewed by the coaching staff of your respective team or any other team. Names and email addresses are mandatory, as it lends credibility to the information given and allows an opportunity for us to personally follow-up with you on any of your ratings and/or comments, should we find it warranted.
The overall ratings and generalized comments will be void of all personal information and provided to the Executive Coaching Selection Committee for review, should an existing coaching staff member apply for the 2026-2027 season. Names, emails and any player or parent identifying information will be removed from all shared surveys.
Our primary focus for conducting annual surveys is to provide our players with the best possible hockey experience we can provide. There is also an additional comments section, and we encourage you to take advantage of providing us with your feedback related to : coaching, player development, ideas/recommendations for the Board’s consideration, etc.
