Minor Atoms Donate To Inn Of Good Shepherd
The Lambton Jr. Sting Minor Atoms met with Myles Vanni of the Inn Of The
Good Shepherd on Monday before their practice. The team recently
enjoyed a Christmas party at Marcin Bowl and the boys decided that
donating money to charity instead of receiving Secret Santa gifts was
the right thing to do.
On Monday, a cheque for $380 was turned over to Mr. Vanni. Myles
thanked the boys and then took the time to explain why a donation to
the Inn, especially at Christmas time, allows them to make the season a
little brighter for those who are not as fortunate as themselves.
