Thanks to the following people. Without their help this event could not have been the success that it was.
Over 60 novice and peewee players participated in a full day's activities.
Linda Lauzon - thanks for the assistance in the logistics end of things by securing the
ice time and meeting rooms for the off ice communication sessions.
Derek Rannie - you and Tara's assistance with registration made the process run
extremely smooth. Please extend a big thanks to Tara on behalf of the
organization
Caroline Vallee - you work with the online registration and the constant updates from
Brad and myself was unbelievable to get the communication online to the
participants. This was very challenging to say the least and now the
organization has a tremendous asset utlilizing "modern technology" will only
make things even better going forward.
Marc Colameco- with all of the updates and challenges to get the equipment ready and the
pre-work you accomplished, made the registration and jersey issuance even better
and less chaotic as it has been the past . I know the players really enjoyed the
experience of having the Sting sweater on all day.
Daryl Moore / Glenn Hall - thanks for the Executive support in the wrap up sessions and
being there to support the teams and being available to answer questions as it
pertains to the administrative perspective.
Paul Moffat - thanks for the work in communicating and getting the word out the county
players to help generate participation.
Ryan Trusler - thanks for the update on the financials as it pertains to what the costs
involved are. This is extremely beneficial in dispelling rumours as the actual
costs for AAA hockey.
Chris Knowles - thanks for the pre-work pre-planning activities, assisting in the day's
events and in getting the banner for the event. It was a great idea to make our
day even more professionally done.
Kevin Fines - thanks for attaining the sponsors for players gifts and all of your
assistance and communication in recruitment for next year
Brad Staubitz - thanks for organizing all of the on ice activities. The on ice activities
is really the cornerstone of the program. The tremendous support from all of the
association coaches were truly apparent from the observations and comments back
from the parental groups on the excellent on ice program.
