Please indicate at carding if etransfers are preferred. If so the cheque will be voided and returned after etransfer payment is received. There will be a one week grace period for each payment. After which cheques will be deposited.
The e-transfer MUST clearly state:
Date of Birth
Team (eg Minor Peewee)
Contact Phone Number
Commitment and Registration Fee: Registration per player is $2,350 for the 2017-2018 season and with this, the player receives two tickets to the year-end banquet plus a team/individual photo.
Jersey Sponsor Fee (can be reimbursed): The sponsor name and funds are required by September 1 in order to affix to jerseys. If no sponsor is obtained, families are responsible for the $200. More information on the jersey sponsor including sponsor sign up sheets has been forwarded to your coaches and can be found on the Association website.
Elimination Draw Fee (can be reimbursed): All families are obligated to pay up-front for fifty (50) $5.00 Elimination Draw tickets as their contribution towards Association fundraising. Parents are encouraged to resell the tickets to offset the $250 cost.
Yearbook Fee (can be reimbursed): All families are obligated to sell a minimum $400 in advertising space in the yearbook. Post dated cheques from families are collected at registration.
Please review the above chart for when fees will be due. A $25 administration fee will be charged for all NSF items. Cheques, e-transfer (only) will be accepted.
