Name: Kyle Neuber
Current/last team played for: Florida Everblades 2017-2018 ECHL
Years played in Lambton: 2002-2005
1. What was your favourite minor hockey memory? Winning the Silver stick regional tournament for the Ottawa area was a very memorable hockey achievement our team accomplished. On a personal note, getting drafted into the Ontario Hockey League.
2. Greatest accomplishment in Jr. Hockey?
Getting drafted to the NHL was a highlight for sure, and attending NHL camps. Being crowned League heavy weight champion by OHL tough guys was a pretty funny moment for myself personally.
3. When you played for Lambton, who was your favourite Sting player?
I was always a fan of Greg Walters, the assistant coach. He was a great mentor, and was very loyal to the organization and his approach to the game of hockey was something I learned and benefited from later on in my career.
4. What one thing did you learn in minor hockey that helped you get to the next level?
To love the game and the process. You meet so many different and good people along the way and they will have an impact on your life. I am still friends with a bunch of minor hockey team mates and those friendships are very important to me.
5. What do you see yourself doing in 10 years?
I recently applied to become an on ice official, so currently I am hoping that is where I can take my career.
