ELITECORE
Submitted By Dawn Riley on Saturday, August 4, 2018
We built this facility with kids in mind. Not just hockey players, we train kids of all sports and kids that don’t play sports too.  ELITECORE is more than just a training facility.  We pride ourselves on growing the confidence in today's kids.   There are too many things keeping kids inactive and insecure.   Come out and try a group session.  Elitecore kids learn the basics of working out/training.  Teaching kids the proper way to exercise early in life is essential for a life time of physical activity, injury prevention etc.

I think that some of the biggest compliments we see from our two years of being open in Sarnia, Kids are making sports teams they didn’t make before jumping from MD to AA.  We have a kid right now that is going to make the jump from MD all the way to AAA.  Girls and Boys making travel volleyball and soccer teams, being selected for Regional Gold Hockey Teams for spring hockey. The one thing that sticks out for me is our kids are becoming the Captains and Asst. Captains on their teams.

It is amazing to see these kids come out of their shell taking their new found confidence to sports and school.  We appreciate the support of the local sports community.  Elitecore will be announcing our summer programs, new class times etc, stay tuned.

ELITESHRED is our adult morning program. We are known to keep in small and private.  If you hate working out with people all over the gym, ELITESHRED is something you should try.  Try it for free.
