Lambton AAA Volunteer of The Year Award
Submitted By Dawn Riley on Friday, May 15, 2020
The Lambton Jr. Sting AAA organization is pleased to announce that Kristin MacFarlane is the winner of the Volunteer of the Year award for the 2019/20 season.

Kristin is the Fundraising Chair for the organization. It goes without saying that fundraising is a very important and essential part of the success of the organization. Lambton AAA is fortunate to have Kristin as the Fundraising Chair. Kristin puts in countless volunteer hours for the organization and the fundraising success is a direct result of her hard work.

Congratulations Kristin!

Kristins message.....

Upon being notified by the Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Association that I had been chosen as the Volunteer of the Year Award … I was shocked!!!   There are so many people in this organization that have spent countless hours all for the love of youth hockey.   These types of organizations require dedicated individuals who are truly volunteering to make a difference for the entire organization.  There are many people who should be recognized for their efforts this year and years gone past.  I personally want to thank the entire board, as without volunteers these organizations cannot operate.  Once again thank you for the award and lets continue to make Lambton AAA a great organization.

 Yours In Hockey,

Kristin MacFarlane
