Permission To Skate Information
All players are required to obtain a Permission to Skate Form from their HOME ASSOCIATION.
To do so, please contact your home Association to register and receive this form.
In the past, tryouts have taken place in the Spring, so the need to register with your home association was not necessary. This year with Fall tryouts it is. Player's Hockey Canada Insurance expires August 31st so your players 2020/21 Insurance will not be valid at the time of tryouts.
Please ensure you have your Permission to Skate Form signed by your home association prior to tryouts.
PLAYERS WITHOUT A VALID PERMISSION TO SKATE FORM WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND TRYOUTS.
