The Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Bantams started the Consolation finals with Brantford with a 4 to 1 win in game 1. Goal scorers were Dylan Cooper with 2, Josh Moore and Brennan Feasey with singles. Assisting on the goals were Moore, Feasey, Nathan Mater with 2, Michael Gray and Speencer Bronzi. Winning goalie was Jamie Moureau. Bantams lead the series 1-0.
