Alliance Playoffs Game #4 @ Chatham-Kent Cyclones
Lambton was on the road in Chatham to play the final game of the round robin, needing a win to move on, a tie would allow EMC to move on.

The Jr. Sting’s Jared Pageau would start things off quickly scoring on the power play at 1:08 of the first period. No further scoring would take place in period one.

Lambton’s Daniel Wellington would score two goals in quick succession mid-way through the seocnd period to make the score 3-0 and give the Jr. Sting some breathing room. It would be short lived as Chatham would reply with two quick goals of their own before the end of the second to make it 3-2.

With the season on the line the third period would decide if the Jr. Sting wanted to continue to play. Brennan McKegan was able to increase the lead to two goals when his centering pass went off the Cyclone goalie. This goal seemed to relax the Jr. Sting players and they controlled the play.Ryan Brown then upped the lead to three goals when he buried one to make the final 5-2.

Daniel Wellington had two goals.
Ryan Brown and Jared Pageau had one goal and one assist.
Brennan McKegan had one goal
Ben Schoch, Ryan Gould, Jack Hackett and Max Steeves each had one assist.

Ethan Hunt was steady in net.
