Alliance Playoffs Finals Game #2 @ Hamilton Reps
Lambton traveled to Hamilton for game two, again employing a short-bench, with only 11 skaters and 1 goalie for the second game of the series.
The Jr. Sting again employed a tight-checking style and kept the Hamilton chances to a minimum. Lambton had a number of chances in the first to get the lead but were not able to capitalize and the period ended scoreless. Hamilton would score early in the second on a long wrister to take the lead and then the Reps added two quick goals late in the period to make it 3-0 after two.
The Jr. Sting couldn’t generate much more offensively and when they did, they were stymied by the Reps goalie. The game ended at 3-0 and the series was tied at 1-1.
