Mandatory Workout and Team Lunch

Team will be particpating in mandatory fitness session at We Are Fitness, Point Edward. Players to arrive by 10:45 a.m. Bring team issued workout apparel and running shoes. Team lunch to follow workout at nearby restaurant. Players to bring money to cover lunch following workout.
