GENERAL INFORMATION:
· Boys curfew will be 9:30 PM in their rooms and sleeping by 10PM (I will need volunteers to do roll call)
· No swimming in between games
· Hospitality room – the hotel has given us the “Confederation Room” to use from Friday Night to Sunday night – We are responsible for keeping the noise down in the room and keeping the room as clean as it was when we received it.
TEAM MEAL:
In an effort to make this a very positive experience for everyone and a great team bonding opportunity for the kids I have planned a team meal on Saturday night (Oct 8th).
Sat Night (Oct 8th) – I have made a group reservation for the team (40 to 45 people) @ 6:00pm at Jack Astor’s Bar & Grill in Hamilton just minutes from our hotel – I would encourage all to join us. Reservation is under “Sarnia Sting”. The restaurant address is:

Please keep the nutrition guide in mind for the kids when eating pre-game meals/snacks. I know the coach is a big fan of the 6 inch cold cut combo with a large chocolate milk at Subway – it normally does the trick in between games
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
· Official Tournament name: Tim Horton’s Hamilton Reps AAA Hockey Tournament
· Period lengths will be 10 -15 -15 stop time
· Minor PeeWee division has 8 teams with two divisions (A & B)
· Round robin will be 4 games where we play each team from the other division – 1st place team in each division advances and the next best 2 teams are the wildcards (regardless of division)
· COACHES WANT KIDS AT THE RINK 1 ¼ HR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED GAME STARTING TIME
