A tough weekend for the Lambton Sting Atoms as their losing streak extended to three games with a pair of road losses over the weekend.
On Saturday the Sting fell 3-1 in Kitchener and they followed that up with a 5-1 loss in Waterloo on Sunday. Cameron Ware was the lone goal scorer for the Sting against the Rangers. Ryleigh Vanderwal earned an assist on the play. On Sunday Nolan DeGurse scored a late power play marker to spoil the the shutout for the Wolves. Dylan Riddell and Carson Perry picked up the helpers.
The Sting will look to snap the losing skid next weekend when they play a pair of home games - entertaining Huron Perth on Saturday and then hosting Kitchener on Sunday.
