Midget AAA Carding Night
Players and Parents:
*Please note that carding night has been changed to Monday, Sept 26 at 7:30 pm at the RBC before our 9:00 pm practice.
Please bring with you to carding:
-Permission to Skate form signed by your home centre
-Copy of player's birth certificate
-Original F1 if from a centre other than Lambton, Chatham, or Elgin-Middlesex
-Residential Date (how long player has lived at current address example 1998 - 2011)
-chequebook
Families will be emailed further information.
