Aquila K, Roster, Major Bantam, 2013-2014 (Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Hockey )

I have played hockey since I was 7 yrs old for Forest Minor Hockey. This is my second season with the AAA Lambton Jr. Sting. I am very proud to be a part of this organization and it motivates me to push harder every time I step on the ice or when I'm training. My 2012/2013 off season has been committed to strength and fitness training with Jason Simon and my nutrition is on track followed by hockey specific training that I do on my own, plus I will be attending Ryan Knowles hockey camp this Summer and look forward to training hard and being the best I can be. I look forward to competing this season and being a part of our teams success.
