Josh B, Roster, Major Bantam, 2013-2014 (Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Hockey )

   I have played hockey for the Lambton Jr. Sting AAA hockey club for the past 6 seasons and last summer I played my first year with the Sarnia Pacers bantam lacrosse team.
   My goal is to become the best possible hockey player that I can be, with hopes to one day get drafted to a Junior A hockey club and secure a scholarship to further my education.
   I am currently cross training in Tae Kwon Do, Lacrosse,
Hockey, Track and Field and Basketball. On top of this I am learning how to properly train as well as proper nutrition with my personal trainer Esron Mills and my hockey trainer Ryan Knowles.  
   I have learned valuable skills from past coaches Mike Pageau, Rich Brown and Jeff Hackett and look forward to learning new skills from coach Brad. My coaches have helped me to become the gritty all around hockey player that I am today.
