Dryland Training
REVISED SCHEDULES by Kim Fulcher
As you can see from the website, Tuesday's practice time remains the same 6-7:30pm so we will do dryland at 4:40pm as previously sent out. Wed. has changed to 7:30-9pm, so dryland will occur before practice at 6pm.
**Please note the website has changed our Thursday practices as mentioned in an earlier email to 5:30-7pm, so dryland will occur after ice time at 7:15. Hopefully these are the last changes, and we can stick to this schedule from here on out, except of course when the Sting play on Thursday nights as this may affect us.
