Welcome to the 2017-18 Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Major Pee Wee team.  Our carding day is Wednesday May 3rd, between 6:30 and 7:30 PM, Micor Sports.  Cheques will be required (see below), as well both parents will need to sign the  parent contract and we will need the player and parent to sign the intent to play sheet during the carding day. 

Micor will also being doing fitting for the year.  

 

This is a very busy time of the year and we will set up a parent/players meeting in the Spring to go over expectations and team budget.

Please indicate at carding if etransfers are preferred. If so the cheque will be voided and returned after etransfer payment is received. There will be a one week grace period for each payment. After which cheques will be deposited.

Commitment and Registration Fee:Registration per player is$2,350for the 2017-2018 season and with this, the player receives two tickets to the year-end banquet plus a team/individual photo.
Jersey Sponsor Fee (can be reimbursed):The sponsor name and funds are required bySeptember 1in order to affix to jerseys. If no sponsor is obtained, families are responsible for the $200. More information on the jersey sponsor including sponsor sign up sheets has been forwarded to your coaches and can be found on the Association website.
Elimination Draw Fee (can be reimbursed):All families are obligated to pay up-front forfifty (50) $5.00Elimination Draw tickets as their contribution towards Association fundraising. Parents are encouraged to resell the tickets to offset the $250 cost.
Yearbook Fee (can be reimbursed): All families are obligated to sell a minimum $400 in advertising space in the yearbook. Post dated cheques from families are collected at registration.
Please review the above chart for when fees will be due.A $25 administration fee will be charged for all NSF items. Cheques, e-transfer (only) will be accepted.
