Hello Prospective Hockey players and parents. My name is Philippe Talbot and I will be the Head Coach of the Lambton jr. Sting U10 hockey team for the 2021/22 season. I have been coaching (head or assistant) minor hockey for over 8 years ranging from Instructional, Rep and AAA from Novice to Midget aged levels.
I am extremely excited for the opportunity to coach your child at the AAA level and I want to extend an invitation to come and try out for our team in the fall. I am a non parent coach and excited to announce that Adam Pyne will be added to our coaching staff as an assistant coach.
First off
TRYOUTS WILL be fair and evaluations independent. I want to be very clear that every player will be given honest and independent evaluation.
I firmly believe that at this age skill development, promoting creativity and decision making will be the primary focus throughout the season.
