Hello Prospective Hockey players and parents. My name is
Philippe Talbot and I will be the Head Coach of the Lambton jr. Sting U13
hockey team for the 2025/26 season. I am
extremely excited for the opportunity to coach your child at the AAA level and
I want to extend an invitation to come and try out for our team. I am a non parent coach and excited to be
part of the 2013 journey this season.
First off TRYOUTS WILL be fair, and details as follows:
- Sat April 19th scrimmage (check the website for scrimmage teams and times). Releases will be made Saturday night
- Sun April 20th scrimmage (check the website for scrimmage teams and times). Releases will be made Sunday night
- Wed April 23rd exhibition vs Elgin Middlesex Chiefs. Releases will be made Wednesday night
- Thurs April 24rd exhibition vs Elgin Middlesex Chiefs. Releases will be made Thursday night
- Fri April 25th last tryout. Roster will be named after the final tryout
Players will be given a tryout jersey upon registration, please do not switch or trade jerseys. All roster updates and exhibition game rosters will be posted on the team website.
I firmly believe that at this age skill development, promoting creativity and decision making will be the primary focus throughout the season.
