I want everyone to understand that this process is very difficult for everyone. Coaches are tasked with one of the most difficult jobs in the world. The decisions that are made are strictly hockey related from what is seen on the ice. EFFORT & ATTITUDE is what this staff is looking for at each skate. PROVE that you want to be here!!
