Minor Midget play-offs comes to an end.
Our season has come to an end with our third concecutive loss at the hands of a very strong team effort from the Ontario 3rd Ranked London Gold.

You could clearly see the tiredness in our play through game one and parts of game two due to a very gruelling series versus the Waterloo Wolves in the prior round. We just weren't able to find the back of the net over our last six games of the play-offs. however advancing to the final four of the play-offs is nothing to be ashamed of.

In a parting note. I would like to say that I have been very fortunate to be able to coach this team over the last three hockey seasons and I consider myself luckey to have seen this core group of boys go from a team that showed up at the rink expecting to lose every night but hoping it wasn't by to much to grow into a team who truly believed they could beat anyone they played against, well except for London Gold unfortunatly. The Toronto Marlies tournament was our highest point of the season with a huge win over the ontario 4th ranked Don Mills Flyers and a heart breaking double over-time loss to a very strong Ontario 10th ranked York Simcoe express then only to follow it up with a huge win over the 9th ranked Team in Ontario Sun County Panthers a week later.

on behalf of the coaching staff, I would like to thank the parents for their commitment to their son's dream emotionally, phsyically and financially and wish you and your families all the best going forward.

May God Bless,
David
