Minor Atom, 2015-2016 (Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Hockey )

The Lambton Jr. Sting will face the Waterloo Wolves in the Alliance Playoff Finals.  The Sting were able to defeat Windsor by a score of 4-2 to win their Playoff Semi-Final series.

On Sunday in the Nations Cup Tournament in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the Jr. Sting played Compuware in the final game that would decide which country would take home the coveted Nations Cup.  Lambton contributed 4 points to help Canada win the title, 15-6.

The Lambton Jr. Sting Minor Atoms enjoyed themselves as they represented the Lambton AAA Organization at the Rogers Hometown Hockey event in Sarnia on Sunday.

The Lambton Jr. Sting Minor Atoms met with Myles Vanni of the Inn Of The Good Shepherd on Monday before their practice.  The team recently enjoyed a Christmas party at Marcin Bowl and the boys decided that donating money to charity instead of receiving Secret Santa gifts was the right thing to do.  On Monday, a cheque for $380 was turned over to Mr. Vanni.  Myles thanked the boys and then took the time to explain why a donation to the Inn, especially at Christmas time, allows them to make the season a little brighter for those who are not as fortunate as themselves.  Special thanks to ...
