Team Training Camp Starts Tomorrow
This month as been filled with skill development and exhibition games, and now it is time to get to business.
The next 2 days the boys are going to be together as a team from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Each day fill by:
1.5 hours of on ice skill drills and conditioning in the morning
1.5 hours of off ice speed, agility and conditioning before lunch
Classroom and walk through for team specific development
1 hour of on ice to finish the day
The coaches are extremely excited to get everyone together again and are all looking forward to a great season!!!
