Head coach Alex McFadden, B.Comm, is one of the youngest coaches ever to develop and lead elite AAA Sting players through to the OHL and college-level hockey. Coach McFadden
played both Ontario-level hockey and college Varsity hockey for the
University of Windsor Lancers, and is still a highly competitive player who challenges his recruits on the ice each and every practice. Joining the organization in 2015, McFadden and his staff believe the keys to team success are: commitment, passion, and a focused work ethic. McFadden’s ‘team first’ success is, “Own the moment.”
