Wow!! What a Game
In case anyone was unaware, I just wanted to take this opportunity to keep everyone in the know with the recent happenings with our beloved 2005's...
First, the Minor Bantam's (2005) would like to take this opportuinty to express their sincere gratitude for the attendance at one of the biggest games in recent Lambton AAA history. The size & volume of the crowd was a huge support & factor in the outcome of Game 6 vs Waterloo in the Alliance Semi Finals. PASA 2 was at near capacity & was loud.
The boys battled hard starting with Sun County in round 1 & won the series in 5 hard fought games.
Next was Waterloo. What a great hockey team. Lambton ran into a bit of trouble starting the 6 point series down 4-0. Needing points to stay alive, the boys skated to a 2-2 draw in game 3, coming back home. No more room for error. This group saw the challenge ahead & accepted it head on!! 3 straight wins. One in overtime. Game 6 was a great game from start to finish. Lambton would not be denied this momentous comback hanging on for dear life in a 3-2 final, advancing to the Alliance Finals.
