Carding Day Details
Carding Day is Sunday.
The Lambton AAA Hockey registration staff will be at the arena at 12 p.m.

Note:
Parents need to bring health card, birth certificate, three cheques (one can be paid with Visa if they like):
1) Registration, $1400 payable to Lambton County Minor Sports - can be paid with Visa too,
2) Elimination tickets, $200 post dated to Oct 1 payable to Lambton County Minor Sports,
3) Yearbook, $400 cheque payable to the team, Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Midgets, dated Dec 1 for the yearbook sponsors (RETURNED UPON OBTAINING $400.00 IN YEARBOOK SPONSORS).
4) As an additional fundraiser, the team must sell 17 flex packs (each flex pack includes 10 tickets), cost of $140.00 per book, the team gets $50.00 per book. Selling all 17, nets the team $850.00.

5) An initial start up cheque for $100.00 payable to the Lambton Jr. Sting AAA Midgets, dated Sep 16, is needed for seed money.
Additional notes:
a. the $1,600 paid to AAA association ($1,400 for registration + $200 for the elimination draw tickets), the $200 for the 2 draw tickets, you can buy them yourself or sell them to recover this cost;
b. the $400 to the team for the yearbook , the $400 for the yearbook sponsors you can pay yourself or sell the ads to recover all or part of the $400;
c. the $140 in Sarnia Sting Tickets ($50 of this goes to the team), you can recover the entire $140 amount by selling the one package….note: this amount will not be collected tomorrow night.
Also, the players will be fitted for AAA jackets tomorrow night; if name bars are required for jerseys, you need to arrange/pay for this. Contacts are: Bluewater Sports Stitch 344-3270; Rock’d Embroidery 337-6222; Team Outfitter’s 337-1919.
Finally, I will be looking for a parent volunteer to look after the finances with me. They would look after the bank account. We would both have signing authority. Other volunteers will be needed, ie Parent Rep, Yearbook, etc.
We will be having a parent meeting within the next week.
