The attached package details payments. Tomorrow night the AAA organization will have people present to collect the monies.
In summary, all these payments reflect a total of $2,540 of which you can recoup up to a max of $940 if you choose. Most people at the very least recover the $600 yearbook expense by obtaining sponsors.
- $1,600 paid to AAA association ($1,400 + $200). $200 re: draw tickets…you can sell them to recover this cost;
- $800 to the team ($600 yearbook + $200 seed money)…$600 yearbook you can recover; note $200 seed money IS NOT reflected in attachment;
- $140 in Sarnia Sting Tickets ($50 of this goes to the team)…you can recover the entire $140 amount by selling the package….note: this amount will not be collected tomorrow night and is not reflected in attachment.
Finally,
i. please bring copies of your son’s birth cert. & health card tomorrow;
ii. the players will be fitted for AAA jackets tomorrow night;
