Lambton was on the road Super Bowl Sunday for a game against their playoff opponent the London Jr. Knights
London scored 30 seconds into the game and again with just over 6 minutes remaining in the first period to make it 2-0. The Jr. Knights added to their total to make it 3-0 but the intensity was rising and Lambton, with their depleted roster were starting to show some life. Jared Pageau got the Jr. Sting on the board early in the third but London responded right away to make it 4-1. Jack Hackett then scored on the power play for Lambton to make it 4-2. That was as close as it got as London scored late to make it 5-2 final.
Ryan Brown had two assists.
Jared Pageau and Jack Hackett each had one goal.
Bailey Smalls had one assist.
Ethan Williams played well in net.
The Jr. Sting are happy to have Jack Hackett back in the line up.
