Our season has come to an end with our third concecutive loss at the hands of a very strong team effort from the Ontario 3rd Ranked London Gold.

Unfortunately you could see the lingering effects of a long series prior our boys took a little bit to get going and dug a hole that they were not able to muster enough offense to overcome. I'm confident the contest will be a different one when we meet on saturday as from the second period and for most of the game we carried the play. We finished off with two tied periods of hockey.

It was an intense and exciting series vs. Waterloo that ended on a positive note for our team. I would like to say Waterloo's team played with tremendous heart through a grueling series and fought back into a series that seems over early.

After starting the weekend with a gutsy come from behind effort to win our game on friday night with only 17 seconds left our team discarded two opportunities to close out the series on Saturday and Sunday losing 3-1 and 4-1 to Waterloo. We will have one last chance to move on to the next round by winning tonight at home at 6:15pm.
