4-1 in last five season games and Looking towards the Play-offs
Our team finished the season strong winning four out of our last five season games. We have been finding success playing together as a team over the last month and we are showing what we could be capable of going into the play-offs.
We could be facing either Chatham or Elgin Middlesex in our first round of play-offs but will have to wait and see how Windsor makes out tonight versus Sun County and that game will decide were we seed going into the play-offs. We do know that either way we will either be alone in third place or tied in third place in our division with London gold and Sun County finishing 3rd and 9th respectfully in the Ontario rankings, I feel this was a solid achievement for a team who added seven new players. It has taken some time to gel as a team but looking ahead if we can continue to play hard and together as a team some very good things could be just ahead of us.
I would like to thank the boys for growing and wish them good luck in the play-offs.
