Minor Bantams played a strong game against Waterloo
Cornel Felder played a very strong game for his team today and the boys played their best team game of the year versus Waterloo. Learning the defensive side of the game is not an easy thing to do for any player, but they are working hard and are improving each game. We were able to bring our shots down to 26 against an we were able the get 20 on their net. It was a close game with a few mistakes that they capitalized on. It was 2-0 going into the last minute of the game, we pulled the goalie to try to pull within one goal but an unfortunate bounce in Waterloo's favor and they scored an open net goal. Our coaching staff is very proud of our teams improved defensive discipline. We have much more work to do but the boys should be proud of their efforts against two very strong teams.
