Tony Martindale Director Alliance Hockey
On Saturday afternoon, Tony Martindale (Executive Director of Alliance Hockey) held a lunch seminar for all players and coaches to discuss the opportunities that will occur next season for Major Bantam aged players. He focused on the POE (Program of Excellence) which will begin with all Bantam AAA players receiving a mail out later this year.
Mr. Martindale also explained the importance of continuing to pursue hockey beyond the OHL draft and the levels that are offered to players after their Minor Midget year (USHL, Tier II Jr. A, Jr. B, Jr. C, Midget AAA, Prep School). He stressed the importance of signing with a team where you can receive regular ice time and develop your potential as a hockey player.
