With over 30 skaters and 6 goalies from all corners of Lambton County and the United States at Tryout #1 the Lambton Jr. Sting Minor Peewee Coaching Staff is extremely pleased with the numbers at our first tryout.
Tryouts continue tonight at Germain Arena from 8:00 - 9:30 pm. Our schedule shows this as TBA. All skaters are expected back and on the ice tonight. Having viewed such a competitive tryout Tuesday night the Coaching Staff is looking forward to the rest of tryouts.
Seeing players from all across our County come out and compete to play the highest level of hockey available in our great County was inspiring!
Hockey above all else needs to be fun! Players and goalies are encouraged to keep up the hard work and hustle. It has been just awesome to see! Please be reminded that these are "Tryouts' and coaches are not on the ice teaching at this point they are evaluating.
We are hoping to see all players return to the ice tonight from 8:00-9:30 pm and tomorrow at the RBC Centre from 5:30-7:00 pm.
Parents are reminded to bring all necessary documentation as required by the Lambton Jr. Sting and Alliance Hockey. Please do not hesitate to call or message me with any questions or concerns. I will be making myself available tonight at the arena before and after our ice time for 1 hour to speak with players and or parents that wish to discuss the team and tryout process.
