Lambton Minor PeeWee's Earn 5-2 Road Victory
Submitted By jperry on Wednesday, February 03, 2010
The Jr Sting squad travelled to Essex and put in a good team effort to take two points from the Sun County Panthers.

After falling behind by a goal after the first period, the Lambton team would outscore their opponents 3-1 in the second to carry a one goal lead into the third period. After chances at both ends of the ice Lambton would give itself a two goal cushion with just over four minutes to play and then close things out with an empty net tally late in the game.
Carrying the offense for the team were Isaac McLean and Alec Dekoning, Mclean with a hat-trick and Dekoning picking up 3 assists.  Also scoring were Jake Burnard and Brock Perry with singles and assists to Franco Sproviero, Logan Scott and Jack Dunn. Kaden Fulcher took the win in net with a strong performance.
The Minor PeeWee's will close out regular season play with two road games on the coming weekend. The team has already locked up third place in the Western Conference.
