Jr. Sting record 2 wins and a loss
The Peewee's began a busy month winning two games and getting blown out in the other.

Tuesday Lambton was at home to the Chatham Cyclones and squeaked out a 3-2 victory.
The Sting opened the scoring 27 seconds into the game as Jared Pageau banged home a loose puck as Max Steeves and Josh Barraclough drew assists. Lambton went up 2-0 when Jared Pageau scored a PP goal with a snap shot to the top corner on a nice screen from Max`Steeves. Bailey Smalls drew the assist.
Chatham would cut the lead to 2-1 scoring 2 minutes into the third. Lambton went on a 5 on 3 PP only to see Chatham tie the score 2-2 at 6:33 of the third.
Jared Pageau scored his third of the game as he left the penalty box with 1:27 remaining and Lambton on the PP he fired a hard wrist shot off the post and in to give Lambton a hard fought win. Josh Barraclough and Garrett Miller added the helpers.
Ethan Hunt was excellent in goal playing very aggressive.

The Sting were at home again Saturday to take on the Waterloo Wolves. The Sting had just tied the Wolves 2-2 a week earlier in Waterloo.
This game was never in doubt as Waterloo cruised to a 10-3 trouncing of the home team.
Jared Pageau scored two goals and Conner Royer added a single marker. Nick Discanno added an assist. Both goalies saw action in this game and were hung out to dry several times throughout the game.

Sunday Lambton finished off the weekend at home vs Cambridge trying to put their last game behind them.
The Jr. Sting came out with a totally different work ethic and scored 3 second period goals propelling them to a 3-0 shutout victory.
Jacob Williams opened the scoring on a shot from in close with Jared Pageau and Max Steeves assisting. Conner Royer made it 2-0 with a nice wrist shot as Steeves and Nick Discanno assisted. Josh Barraclough finished of the scoring on a nice feed from Jared Pageau. Josh continues his excellent work as it is really paying off on the score board.
Ethan Williams recorded the shut out in net with some rock solid goal tending.

Lambton continues a busy month with games at home vs London Tuesday, Friday in Windsor, Saturday at home vs Kitchener and home Sunday vs Windsor.
