The Lambton Sting major atoms had a win and a loss in weekend AAA hockey action.   The Sting fell 6-4 to the Hamilton Reps in the Steel City on Saturday before rebounding with a 6-1 victory over the Brantford 99ers at the RBC Centre on Sunday.

The Lambton Sting Major Atoms came away with a win and tie from their home and home series with the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs over the weekend.  The two teams played to a 6-6 tie at the RBC Centre on Saturday before the Sting rebounded the next day with an impressive 2-0 shutout victory on the road.

The Lambton Sting went 1-1 over the weekend losing to Huron Perth 4-3 Saturday before rebounding with a convincing 4-0 win over the Kitchener Rangers on Sunday.

A tough weekend for the Lambton Sting Atoms as their losing streak extended to three games with a pair of road losses over the weekend.
